Beth Sigur [Sales Director] and Karen Peña [Sales Manager] are a dynamic duo in the world of event planning at Napoleon House, bringing creativity, expertise, and a genuine passion for their work to every occasion they organize. With a combined total of over 35 years of experience, they have established themselves as leaders in the industry, leaving a trail of memorable events, accolades, and satisfied clients in their wake.

Beth's path to event planning stemmed from her love for entertaining. Prior to joining the Sales Team at Napoleon House, Beth adored the building and fell in love the moment she first stepped inside. Having graduated from Truman State University and moving to New Orleans in 1995, Beth spent 20 years at Musee Conti Wax Museum where she organized thousands of weddings. After a short stint working at Mardi Gras World, Beth came to Napoleon House 9 years ago when the doors first opened under RBRG. Beth is skilled at developing the right action plan to make her clients' ideas and visions come to fruition. Beth has two daughters, Jane and Sophie, and two French bulldogs, Frankie and Max. In Beth's free time, you can find her at her beach condo in Gulf Shores or visiting her parents in Hilton Head.

Karen's journey began while studying at UTSA and working at a restaurant in San Antonio. Thereafter, she moved to New Orleans and found her calling at RBRG, working front of house roles at various establishments, including Ralph's on the Park, Café B, and Brennan's. In 2019, Karen transitioned into sales, a role that perfectly blends her love for interacting with people and her passion for creating memorable experiences. Having nearly 12 years of experience with RBRG, Karen truly values the Napoleon House family. Karen has two beloved dogs, 14-year-old Bella and lively 1-year-old Duncan. Although her family still resides in Texas, Karen has forged a tight-knit New Orleans family through her work in the industry. On weekends, you can often find her exploring different cities or entertaining friends for a wine night at her home.

Beth and Karen have organized an array of events at Napoleon House, including weddings, receptions, birthday parties, repasts, corporate events, bar mitzvahs, movie wrap parties, and more. They have had many recognizable clients including famous musicians, actors, NFL, and NBA teams. Napoleon House has made The Knot's Best of Weddings list and Wedding Wire's Couples Choice Awards 2019-2023. With over 100 5-star reviews, Beth and Karen's teamwork has also earned Napoleon House a spot in The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame. They truly take pride in the relationships they have built and maintained with local vendors to help put on spectacular events.

"Great foods! Incredible drinks! Astonishing vibe! Cool crew! This a historic landmark and definitely needs to be on the to do list when visiting New Orleans. We had hot steak poboy, italian garlic bread, Jambalaya, and rice and beans. The food was really tasty and flavorful. Lots of local beer to select from and Delicious cocktails. Serve time was pretty fast! And the price, reasonable."
